Happiness Therapy!

You know what..! When nothing works to lift up your mood even gyming..cooking works.
Cooking is a Therapy.
What I have keenly observe that it helps a lot to live in the present moment because it requires attention of ALL of our senses at One place in the Present moment..Great na!

It is a source of energy definitely for the hungry ones..hehe.. but also for emotionally draining people..heat;water;air are involved in its process..universe's most powerful elements  are involved to lift you up positively.

Yes..cooking acts as an anti-depressant & stress reliever. Professional therapist adopt this therapy & it's true;to treat depression and mental illness.

When you are sad and No DJ'S;jokes;books;songs;dance;philosophy;funny videos;party;social life are working on you and still inspite of your efforts you are emotionally becoming worse..then just go to your kitchen & calmly prepare something delicious..sit and eat..you will forget that you was even sad.

So avoid packaged food and restaurants visit and try your hands in cooking..I bet you, it would not be less than any adventure,curiosity,creativity,excitement,enthusiasm & fun.

In true sense..In cooking happiness is shared..you cook..you feel happy..you share it with your friends,family& others even poors; they feel happy..ongoing and real source of joy & love.

So a fresh..new..365 days of 2017 are waiting for us with different seasons,festivals,movies,travels,brand new schemes of PM Modi,Beautiful songs,friends,great responsibilities, new gadgets,cars....etc n etc..

Tips to make each of these days more interesting & happy :)

#I don't know about your bad habits but in 2017 take extra care of your mom-dad they will behave childish cos they are growing older..

#Get the wealth of health & get freedom from old stale disease's..

#Gradually decrease the usage of gadgets and give spare time to your family,pets & wonderful nature..

#Be more down to earth & put your ego on moon..let it cool down there..

#After getting tired..charge yourself not your phones to pass time & flirt..hehe :D

#Be more active...like whenever you feel lazy.. a tiger will come & when you see the tiger you will forget laziness & excuses & will run..run..run..run..................

#If someone hurts you..leave it just like you leave within seconds tough questions of maths without a second thought..cos it's out of syllabus..

#Before sleeping..in sticky notes write down tomorrow's smart work..like calls to make,forms to fill,vegetables to purchase,appointment with doctor,topics to complete,laundering the clothes,visit to friend,medicine for pet..etc.. And  stick it to some eye-catching place..
I know you are not a Superman but you are going to finish many of them because you will enjoy ticking the things you have done at the end of day...yayyyy...yippeee..
