Support in silent storms.

When we are surrounded with troubles.. Betrayal.. Gossiping.. Toxicity.. All we need is someone to hear us silently.. Understand our pain..let our heart get fully cracked for once and all.
Gratefully at these silent storm.. Nobody is with us.. The one who really cared.. we already lost them for good due to temporary influencers who are actually jealous of good connections.. & we lose good one Coz ego must be the winner.. Thats societal norm to abide by if you want to be part of popular gangs.
After some time..The support we need is nowhere even if we seek,we won't speak.
Except god there's no way out. Surrendering fully towards god is the only peaceful option left out. But along side god, people who are our soul family prays for us silently and we are completely unaware of this.
We are not alone, someone out there prays for our safety, health, happiness.
No gangs and groups can harm us as long as people's true colors are being showed to you and betrayals are being revealed of people whom you shared things & trusted.. Gladly lies are exposed before something worst happen.. So that we can walk out silently.. And move towards our soul family..and meet them this time without ego & fear but  courageously & expressively. ⭐️

Moon frying emotions!

When environment changes, humans mood changes, behavior changes and reaction to normal things changes.

Today, I am talking about moon cycles. Our emotional heath during full moon and no moon.
People who are highly sensitive are affected by this. People who are empathetic and compassionate face this sudden emotional turmoil every month due to moon phases.They become over thinker and depressed as the moon and ocean have direct impact on us.
We can bring emotional Stablity by recognizing this pattern. If you are mentally prepared for sudden emotional outbreak in Purnima(full moon) and Amavasya (no moon) we can decrease the severity of it caused in our daily life.
Family and friends would be less judgemental and would be more understanding about your fluctuating behaviour.
World needs more healing and less pain.
If we correct and recognize these patterns in ourselves first then we can help others also.
Brain does not need to put its hands in emotion otherwise it would destroy relation with overthinking and logics. Brain only needs to alert us when we are unstable emotionally and crack some good jokes to relief our heart and mind.
Yes, apply your sense of humour to yourself intentionally when your mood is spoiled.
Although God's help is always present with us. Just believe.
