Recognizing our own traits, bad habits, behavioural pattern on different things, our anger, our stress.. If we can find reason of all these which is within us.. Its by asking questions to self and answering it honestly.. We can fix the problems within us and make solid foundation within us.. Then we can tackle the world without stress and worry.
Like, you are doing some work and you get slightly burnt from something.. The first thing comes to our mind is negativity, blame and sudden anger. But if we train ourselves to not to panic in problems but the first thing to Think should be " To Find Solution " instead of wasting our energy in worrying . To fix and repair the issue and to do something to fix issue if same problem occurs in future.. how we will deal??
Like, if hands would get burnt in future,In advance..we should keep honey & ointment ready to use & available all time.
