It's completely fine if you feel sad, hurted. Accept it. It's a natural & pure biological thing. You got 24 hours in a day & some situations won't be as per you. That's the time where you need to be emotionally controlled & protect yourself from excess of any emotion like anger, anxiety, fear, & cries etc.

Don't let this fear of unhappiness take over your life & spoil the present.
Everyone is facing something that they won't share with others. Their negative thoughts are on secretive mode which doesn't want anyone's presence in it until it has destroyed the person in some way.

That's the time you need to fuel yourself with positivity with the help of people or books or meditation or whatever happy things around you.

So remember.. Hurting yourself is the biggest injustice you are doing to yourself. You owe something to yourself. Forgive yourself for all the hurts & pain you've given yourself or let influenced you..So that old sadness transform itself into happiness & you only feel calmness & positivity from your past making yourself more focused on present life.
