So..Even it can make us sick. A healthy thinking comes when we let things be and not overstress about result.
When we are controlling the results, thinking pattern changes and we start to focus on future instead of present.. We neglect our family time and our hobby time which is a danger sign for healthy lifestyle.
Here self confidence plays huge role.. Even if things don't work out our happiness won't be affected by its outcome because we are confident about ourself that we will make our way and things will work positively in the way we want.
You know happiness just doesn't come & go.. Happiness is created by us & held by us. We can create and celebrate small moments of life with others to enhance our happiness. Sharing multiplies happiness. Instead of wasting our time on negative thoughts & people, we can use our time to care & share. Thats why we live here.. Right!
