Addictions : Unnecessary attachment.

Addictions! Are they good or bad?
First understand what addiction is..it is imbalance created by us due to pain & fear in life. When we are escaping truth, we include additional unnecessary habit in our life to hide the issue.
Today's world is hugely suffering from addiction whether of alcohol, drugs, pleasure, person or material things, money etc.
How addiction arise? When our pain in not transformed into motivation but disappointment we tend to seek comfort in unnecessary habits.
These bad things seems so simple to adopt without any difficulties & efforts that we start to follow frequently until it becomes our habit, our obsession then over years our addiction.
We are so demotivated that we think it is impossible in this life to get over our bad addiction. And so as you think, as happen.
In reality all we need is to be more understandable to ourselves to realease toxic behavior.
First step begins with list out your toxic addiction. Then accept it. Now ask yourself the reason you adopted it. You will mostly find reason to be heartbreak, physical or mental abuse,death of close one,loneliness,toxic friends or family, insult by someone, high expectations.

Solution to this issue is to recognize it & be aware of it and distance yourself from unhealthy people, situations.
Become your raw or basic form.. The original you. Yes, you. You are here to be the best for yourself & your soul. God won't help you if you don't help yourself first.
Recognize pattern & timing of your bad habits. Don't seek comfort in others & substances, you will drown.
Seek comfort in your original self, love your qualities you do have, believe (write this on your wall), once you start believing yourself, noone can shake you. Because now you are aware, aware of darkness. Don't hate darkness, just don't deal with it, ignore it. Carry on increasing your light,positivity & happiness.❤️
Mind is the kitchen of body, whatever you cook in your mind you will be served out in reality. Mind is controlled by awareness & practice.. Better with meditation.. even if of 2min. focus on your breathing 😊

Long way or short way!

Whichever way we are choosing won't define how long we are going to live. Life is unexpected. Those little things we ignore becomes turning point of our life. That is where sudden change arrives. You missed little hints which were consistent.. then be ready for the outbreak of truth.

Our dedication is not enough. We also have to let things flow freely without overthinking about the outcome. Without believing, we can't let things flow freely.
All the questions which comes along with our control streak of mind are actually fog.Fog confuses our mind.

When we learn that we must have to gain inner freedom from heavy negative things of past, then along with past we also release the question attached to it.

These unanswered questions that would destroy our sleep.. after releasing are powerless. Because now we don't want answers. We don't care now. All we care about is 'now'. That's what making us free and happy.
We realize that we are the only one giving power and energy to past and people.. without it they are simply powerless. They mean nothing to us. That's what we call change.

We do change. We evolve. We develop. We learn. We forgive. We lose. We gain. We remain.Believe.. Believe.. Believe.. God is with you.
