Over thinkers walking on deserts!

Work doesn't make us that much tired but overthinking do. Thinking too much can make our body exhausted without doing any work.Overthinking is like walking on desert endlessly.

So..Even it can make us sick. A healthy thinking comes when we let things be and not overstress about result.

When we are controlling the results, thinking pattern changes and we start to focus on future instead of present.. We neglect our family time and our hobby time which is a danger sign for healthy lifestyle.

Here self confidence plays huge role.. Even if things don't work out our happiness won't be affected by its outcome because we are confident about ourself that we will make our way and things will work positively in the way we want.

You know happiness just doesn't come & go.. Happiness is created by us & held by us. We can create and celebrate small moments of life with others to enhance our happiness. Sharing multiplies happiness. Instead of wasting our time on negative thoughts & people, we can use our time to care & share. Thats why we live here.. Right!

At which stage we met?

Whether people honours or dishonors you depends on at which stage of life they met you.

When you learn to stand up for yourself and others, you don't need others approval.. Even enemy starts to respect you.

But at our lowest phase, you will only see people laughing at your struggles from distance.. Demotivating you.. Belittling you.. Ignoring you..Our situation decides others behaviour specially of selfish one.

The purely god gifted person will stay with you in worst.. When you have nothing.. When people backstabs you.. When you are lying on hospital bed.. Even if you did no good to that person.. Some angelic person stays.. God cares for us so they send people for help.. But Do you recognize them on time before they leave forever.. before you regret of taking them for granted..before under-estimating their efforts & sacrifices for you..

With time we learn to tackle problems on our own but the one who supported us on dark times are real gem. These gem are send from heaven.

As we grow, we meet people who truly respects and values us soo much that we start to doubt because past people treated us like we are nothing in this world.

Truth is you were always valuable, it takes right person to see. Wrong people makes our life difficult matrix. Right one solves the matrix.
